How to add a new user

To add a new user in LUCID, select the "Users" option on the left hand side: 

 

Press the "+Add User" icon: 

 

On the available page, input the user's information

Fields with asterisks required filled-in information: 

 

Chain Role

 

Permissions at this level determine the user's access at the chain level

Full Administrator permissions at the chain level allows the user to see and manage all available tabs on the left-hand side: 

 

Each permissions level restricts what tabs are available to the user at the chain level

Role: Administrator, will display all options on the left side

Role: Basic User, will display the following:

  • Hotels Home
  • Room Codes
  • Collections
  • Media Library

 

 

Select the desired chain level permissions by selecting one of the options in the drop down menu: 

 

Hotel Role

Permissions at this level determine the user's access at the property level, for all hotels

 

Once the selected permissions have been set for the new user, press "Save" and the new user will be added to the list
